My practice is built on the belief that healing happens in relationship. Presence, consent, and co-regulation are not additions to the work, they are the work.
This is co-healing. It is the foundation of everything I offer, and the thread that runs through every container in this ecosystem.
Clinical Care
For those seeking naturopathic medicine as an offering, a separate clinical pathway is available.
This work draws on functional medicine, Eastern medicine, and nearly two decades of clinical practice to investigate and address health concerns at the root level, across a wide range of conditions from hormonal and digestive health to chronic pain, nervous system regulation, and metabolic health.
Cash pay and sliding scale options are available. Insurance is only accepted for qualifying patients.

A self-paced audio journey and living seasonal community, rooted in nature's wisdom, neuroscience, and ancestral healing traditions.

Focused Hypnotherapy Packages
Evidence-informed hypnotherapy as adjunct support for a specific area of concern.
These packages are designed for people who may already be receiving care and want to add focused clinical hypnotherapy to address something particular.
Each package includes six sessions and may also incorporate LENS neurofeedback or vagus nerve support, depending on what best serves you.

Touchstone Coaching
Deep subconscious, identity, and energetic imprint healing, held across five devoted sessions.
Touchstone is for the person who is ready to go beneath the surface.
This is ceremonial, energetic, and identity-level work: clearing imprints, dissolving unconscious replications of harm, and reclaiming the inherent joy and power that have always been yours.
Over five sessions, we work together through hypnotherapy, somatic healing, frequency audio, energy work, and coaching.
The work is consent-based at every step. It is a co-created, co-healing container built entirely around you: your pace, your capacity, and what your body and subconscious are ready to meet.

A twelve-month immersive for cellular, ancestral, and generational healing.
By accepting what is so, we transform the very expression of our DNA.
The Alchemizer is the most complete and immersive container I offer. Where Touchstone initiates the clearing, The Alchemizer holds the full arc of integration.
It is for the person who understands that what they are carrying did not begin with them, and who is ready to do the sustained, devoted work of healing at the cellular, ancestral, and identity level.
Over twelve months, we work across the full terrain of your lineage and your life: the body, the nervous system, the subconscious mind, the ancestral field, the relational contracts, and the inherited stories that have shaped how you move through the world. This container includes two half-day retreats held at meaningful points in the journey.
Art as Integration
Woven throughout the year is an art therapy integration practice.
In whatever form calls to you, painting, mixed media, movement, writing, food art, you will be guided to express and integrate what is shifting.
By the end of the year, a capsule collection of your work comes together. We explore together what form of witnessing and celebration would most honor the depth of what has been transmuted.
As you heal and release generational patterns of harm, you develop the capacity to do whatever comes next with integrity, crystalized self-sovereignty, a bold yes, and keen personal awareness.

Sacred Exchange
At five years old I declared out loud that my life was in service to easing people's suffering. I have been devoted to that declaration and to the path of Benevolence ever since.
And along the way, I sacrificed my own well-being again and again in ways that were not sustainable, and did not embody the healing and liberation I was dedicating myself to offer others.
Shifting my relationship with money has been part of my own healing.
I have been guided by indigenous wisdom around right relation and sacred exchange: the understanding that generosity must begin with oneself, and that a container holder who is under-resourced and over-giving cannot show up with the presence, regulation, and sincerity this work requires.
Conscious exchange honors the times we are living in. It honors the depth of this work. And it honors both of us.

Who I am
I am one of Noorjahan's granddaughters. I am daughter, niece, sister, didi, masi, cuz, partner, lover, friend, doctor, student, guide, facilitator, and declared Healed Ancestor. I am a lover of mangos, coconut, seafood, spices, herbs, and mogo with salt, ambli, lemon, and chilis. Yum!
I am also Dr. Natasha Kassam, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Speaker with over eighteen years of clinical practice.
My training is uncommon even among naturopathic physicians: a rigorous residency with a focus on cardiopulmonary health and chronic disease management, followed by the founding and leadership of my own integrative wellness center, a clinical leadership role at ZOOM+Care where I helped build Portland's first performance health center, and years in busy urban urgent care clinics that sharpened my conventional clinical skills in ways few holistic practitioners have had the opportunity to develop.
I have served well over 30,000 patient visits across urgent care, performance medicine, functional medicine, podiatry, and holistic care settings. I feel so honored to be recognized as one of Portland's Top Doctors.
I speak at medical associations on the ethics of consent and disrupting hierarchy in healthcare, and I bring that same commitment to every clinical and community space I enter.
I use my clinical background, rich cultural heritage, trauma-informed approaches, and the wisdom gained through lived experience to help people untether from self-abandonment, generational cycles of harm, and scarcity.
I am not outside of this work. I am actively in it alongside the people I serve, healing personally and generationally, imperfectly and devotedly.
And perhaps most importantly, I have declared myself a Healed Ancestor.
A Healed Ancestor is a declaration. A powerful choice to be a generational harm cycle-breaker, a bloodline purifier, a conscious changemaker, a compassionate and thriving co-creator who helps restore integrity and equity to economic systems and relational exchange.
A Healed Ancestor honors the sacredness within themselves, within one another, and within every facet of nature.
They remember that they are made of sacred earth, and of ancestral wishes, prayers, and manifestations. Guided by benevolence, generators of joy and thriving, clearings from which collective upliftment can occur.
I am still becoming. And I am humbly devoted to the journey.
