SPEAKING
Keynotes and workshops on healthcare, conscious leadership, and holistic well-being.
What becomes possible when we stop abandoning ourselves?
I have watched entire rooms come alive with this question.
Clinicians suddenly seeing the unconscious dynamics they had been part of, and the ones they had been silent about.
Founders and creators realizing they had never once given themselves permission to honor what their body was asking for.
People moved to tears by what they finally had the capacity to recognize.
This is the conversation I am here to open.
Clinically grounded, culturally humble, and honest enough to meet people where they actually are.
"Your contribution left me feeling speechless and completely overwhelmed with gratitude.
I can't thank you enough for such a thoughtful, beautiful, engaging, and informative talk for our caregivers! The message is spot-on and at exactly the right level for our team. I especially love that you made it fun while conveying deep compassion. This is going to mean so much to our team."

A Braver Conversation
Most conversations about health and leadership address what people are doing. Very few address what is happening underneath, in the body, in the relationship, in the room itself.
I speak about what it costs people to keep going at their own expense. About the ways we learn to override our bodies, silence our needs, and abandon what is true for us in order to be accepted, appear cooperative, or simply to avoid taking up space.
And I speak about what becomes possible when something braver is chosen. When care becomes relational and holds reverence for holistic wisdom. When leadership becomes honest and compassionate. When the people in the room feel, together, what becomes possible when we stop abandoning ourselves in the very work we showed up to do.
What People Carry Out of the Room
There is joy in my rooms. There is laughter, tenderness, and tears. There is the kind of aliveness that arrives when something true is finally given permission to be felt.
People linger afterward. They embrace one another. They reflect on relationships, on patterns, on moments they are now seeing with new eyes. They speak about feeling inspired and equipped to carry something meaningful back into their work and lives.
What stays with me most is what arrives later. Messages weeks, months, sometimes years afterward, about shifts that held. About values-aligned ways of practicing, leading, and simply being with themselves that began in the room and kept opening long after they left.
People often use the word homecoming. I think that says it most honestly.
Your audience deserves that experience, and I would be honored to bring it to them.
About Me
I am a Naturopathic Doctor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Speaker with nearly two decades of clinical practice, recognized among Portland's Top Doctors.
My work weaves together integrative medicine, somatic healing, and ancestral wisdom, guided by a deep commitment to consent, co-healing, and care that honors the whole person.
My own seasons of healing and becoming continue to shape what I bring. What I offer is not just clinical knowledge or speaking experience. It is my whole heart, my lived truth, and an unwavering devotion to the people I have the honor of being with.
The Ethics of Consent and Clinical Power Dynamics
The unconscious dynamics shaping the patient-provider relationship are rarely named.
This conversation explores what becomes possible when care is built on genuine consent, co-healing, and a nervous system-informed approach to therapeutic relationships.
The Body is Innocent
The body carries wisdom we are rarely taught to listen to.
Drawing on somatic awareness, nervous system science, and ancestral healing traditions, this conversation opens a more compassionate and truthful relationship with stress and healing.
It is an invitation to genuinely feel at home in yourself.
Conscious Leadership and the Cost of Carrying On
Many high-capacity people are moving through their work and lives at a cost they haven't yet named.
This conversation explores what becomes possible when leadership is built on honesty, compassion, and a more truthful relationship with what the body and nervous system actually need.
Women's Health and Whole-Person Vitality
Drawing on functional medicine, naturopathic practice, and traditional healing wisdom, this conversation brings clinical depth and cultural humility to the hormonal, metabolic, and nervous system shifts that shape how women feel, lead, and thrive.
Experiential and Ceremonial Offerings
For groups ready to go beyond a talk, these immersive experiences weave together group hypnosis, somatic practice, holistic mindset work, and seasonal healing wisdom.
Each offering is shaped in close response to the needs and context of your community.
