I’m so thrilled you are here! I'm Dr. Natasha Kassam and I believe that if you found this work, it’s for a reason.
I know what it's like to strive to check all the boxes on the surface but secretly deal with inner agony, confusion, illness, exhaustion, debt, and hopelessness.
Several years back, when I was personally in the depths of an overwhelming shame spiral, I got real with myself: the way I had been approaching myself and my life was obviously not working. So I asked myself, what if I took another route? And that inquiry led me to choose to magnanimously love and declare the totality of who I was.
The choice became a practice where I chose that promise to myself over and over again.
And through this practice, I was eventually led to the creation of this recording. Through my Healed Ancestor Hypnosis Recording, I hold space for you to allow yourself to discover and be your most self-expressed and extraordinary version of you.
